Make sure it stays fun and keep them motivated. The longer the journey goes, and they're higher you climb on the mountain, the tougher and more draining than it can get.

HAPPY NATIONAL COACHES DAY!!

On October 6, 1972, ​President Richard Nixon signed a proclamation declaring October 6 as National Coaches Day. It states: "Coaches are highly qualified teachers—in highly specialized fields. But more than that, they are friends and counselors who help instill in their player's important attitudes that will serve them all their lives."
