Dictating the pace from the tip-off, Medellin completely suffocated Sydney V-Tea and blew the game wide open, surging ahead by as much as 24 points. But the script completely flipped after the break! Refusing to go down quietly, Sydney V-Tea turned the tide in the second half as Robert Jadia Estrada, Rashid Ezekiel Cipriano, Chard Perez Fernandez, and Val Joseph Valeriano spearheaded a ferocious comeback to completely steal the momentum and secure a dramatic 78–74 victory.
