This is to inform you that the iClinicSys is temporarily down due to a power outage in the Department of Health. Stay safe everyone

Attached to this mail is the signed certification for the intermittent connectivity and downtime of iClinicSys from July 1 to 16, 2024. Kindly disseminate this to the facilities so that they can appeal their expired claims.

Please be informed that the online iClinicSys will be extending its downtime until 1:00 PM today July 15, 2024. We will be providing a certification for the extension of today's downtime including the downtime last week.
