MEET THE COACH 🏐

Get to know Coach Jaybee Paco, one of the coaches behind our Dreamers Regular Camp Level 1 and Level 2.

Coach Jaybee currently coaches the UPLB Women’s Volleyball Team and brings experience both as a player and a coach. His volleyball journey includes podium finishes at STRASUC, National SCUAA, and Pahusayan, along with a championship at the Manila Sports Conference as a coach. He also holds a Diploma in Exercise and Sports Sciences.

For Coach Jaybee, effective coaching starts with understanding the athlete. His philosophy is simple: Know your athletes so you can coach them better.

And his reminder to our campers? Enjoy the process. Sometimes you may not notice your progress right away, but eventually, you will look back and realize just how far you have come. Celebrate that progress and keep growing. 🖤💛

So, what exactly is Genesis Division? 🏐

Genesis is the newest Dreamers Cup Clash division, created exclusively for players assessed by DVC at the Developmental level.

It gives Developmental players a competitive space where they can experience tournament play against players at the same skill level, build confidence, develop their game, and prepare for the next stage of their volleyball journey.

The Dreamers Cup pathway now begins with:

Genesis — Developmental
Dreamers — Developmental Plus
Achievers — Intermediate
Conquerors — Intermediate Plus to Advanced

Start where you are. Grow from there.
