📝 Registration: On-site sign-up at the booth/table 3PM cutoff
🔔 Check-in: If you’re not present when called, you move to the back of the queue

🏎️ Race Mechanics (Fair + Fast)
Track: Hot Wheels 6-Lane Downhill Raceway
Race Set = Best-of-Three Heats
✅ Heat win = 1 point
🏆 First to 2 points wins the Race Set

Lane Fairness Rotation
Heat 1: Random lane draw (draw lots, pick your lane)
Heat 2: Shift one lane to the right (clockwise change lane)
Heat 3 (if needed): Shift one lane to the right

🗓️ Schedule & Progression
Daily Qualifiers (Mon–Fri | Jan 26–30)

Multiple Race Sets run daily, starting at 3PM
Race Set Winners enter a Daily Championship Round (single elimination)

Daily Champion qualifies automatically for Finals Day (Jan 30)
Finals Day (Fri | Jan 30)

All Daily Champions compete for:
🥇 Champion | 🥈 1st Runner-Up | 🥉 2nd Runner-Up
Single-elimination progression + Best-of-Three matches

🚘 Car Rules (Standardization)
✅ Allowed: Standard Hot Wheels / 1:64 gravity cars with free-rolling wheels
❌ Not allowed: Motorized cars, magnets, sticky substances, traction compounds, or track-damaging mods
🔍 Quick inspection by race marshal (wheel spin + obvious mod checks)
