They say a coach’s success is measured by trophies. I disagree.
For me, the greatest achievement isn't just winning matches—it’s watching the "underdog" find their light. Last Saturday was one of those days that reminds me exactly why I do what I do.

With several of our key starters sidelined, the pressure was on. We didn't need a miracle; we needed someone to step up. And we got more than one.

• Consistency pays off: Even when the results weren't showing on the stat sheet, the work was being done behind the scenes.

• Ready for the moment: Stepping up from the "B Team" mentality to lead on the main stage takes incredible mental toughness.

• Team first: When the stars were out, new leaders emerged to carry the weight.
