🏐 𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗦 𝗚𝗜𝗥𝗟𝗦 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗢 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗙𝗜𝗩𝗕 𝗨𝟭𝟳 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗟𝗗 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣𝗦! 🎫✨

On November 8, the Alas Pilipinas U16 Girls wrapped up their campaign at the 2nd AVC Asian Women’s U16 Volleyball Championship in Amman, Jordan with grit, compassion, and pure might. 🇵🇭✨

The Philippines had an excellent start in the first pool play—sweeping 🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia (3–0) and 🇮🇷 Iran (3–0) before falling to 🇯🇵 Japan (1–3). The momentum carried into the next round, but 🇹🇼 Chinese Taipei and 🇹🇭 Thailand later claimed the upper hand to secure their semifinal berths.

In the classification matches, the Alas Girls fought back hard—dominating 🇭🇰 Hong Kong (3–0) and taking a sweet revenge win over 🇹🇭 Thailand (3–1) to finish 5️⃣th place. 👆🏻

These crucial victories helped the Philippines secure a slot at the World Championship in Chile—joining 🇰🇷 South Korea (Champion), 🇹🇼 Chinese Taipei, 🇨🇳 China, and 🇯🇵 Japan.

With only four qualification slots for Asia and Oceania, the Philippines made the cut—benefiting as well from China already being qualified as the reigning world champion 👑.

A truly historic milestone for Philippine volleyball. 🙌🏻

The Philippines earned a slot in the 2026 FIVB U17 World Volleyball Championship in Chile!

I am blessed to be part of this historic moment as a member of the Alas Pilipinas Volley U16 team. I look forward to more opportunities to represent, serve, and bring honor to the country in the years to come.

This last game of the AVC Cup is for all our families, friends, coaches, teammates from our respective schools and all the Filipinos who took time off to watch us at the venues here in Jordan. 🇵🇭 And to everyone who stayed up late to watch us on youtube, we love you! ❤️
