Gikuyogan si Kapitan Bihag ni Liga ng mga Barangay president Dante Borbajo didto sa opisina ni Mayor Jonkie dihang mihatag sa iyang resignation letter.

Rason ni Bihag sa pag resign kay gikuha siya isip department head sa Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) sa Lungsod sa Minglanilla.

"Maka-proud isip Mandauehanon kay ang taga Mandaue gikuha sa laing mga lungsod para mo-serbisyo ngadto nila", matod ni Mayor Jonkie.

Ang Barangay Cubacub ubos sa liderato ni Kapitan Bihag kanunay modaog sa mga kompetisyon sa rescue operations ug fire fighting diri sa atong siyudad sa nangaging katuigan.

Gipasabot usab ni Department of the Interior and Local Government City Director Jerome Gonzales nga automatic na nga si Barangay Cubacub first councilor Alex Borbajo maoy bag-ong kapitan sa ilang barangay.
