1.Always float and keep your body balanced
2.Do not twist your waist, even when you breath
3.Less kick. kick just helps you to keep your body up
4.Keep and train your core body
1.Make streamline(put your arms together and behind your ears) .
2.Place one of your feet put on the wall
3.Put your face into water
4.Once your body is float, keep your position and just kick strongly
Turn is important.
If you can reduce it by 0.2 seconds in a single turn, you can reduce it by 1 second with 5 turns.
Make small the body as much as possible and turn it.
In addition, after kicking the wall, not twisting the body immediately, gradually return the body.
