She kept maintaining her weight, but she still thought she was fat. She wanted to lose more weight but here’s the thing: losing weight doesn’t always mean losing fat. Sometimes you’re just losing water, muscle, or glycogen, not actual body fat. The number on the scale can drop, but that doesn’t always reflect real progress.

Her original body was thin, with a bit of saggy skin on her arms and a flat glute. But look at her now. After a couple of months, she completely transformed. She maintained the same weight, yet her body composition changed. Her diet was still about 60% carbohydrates and less protein, but she managed to look more toned and shaped. Her glutes became rounded, which was our main goal, and her arms turned slim and firm. At 45 years old, she proves that you can still be strong, sexy, and confident at any age.
