• Cut-off: 2012
• Entrance: ₱6,000 (with upper jersey)

16 Under Division
• Cut-off: 2009
• Entrance: ₱7,500 (with upper jersey)

21 Under Division
• Cut-off: 2004
• Entrance: ₱7,500 (with upper jersey)

Senior Division
• Open for Banilad residents only
• Entrance: ₱7,500 (with upper jersey)
