From every throw that showcased our power, from every run that tested our endurance, and from every jump that challenged us beyond our limits we stood united as one team.

As 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁‑𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝘀, we learned that winning is not only measured by victories but by the strength, faith, and determination it takes to persevere through the struggles in order to overcome them. We trained with faith and helped each other along the way.

As 𝗣𝗡𝗨𝗮𝗻 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀, we are now celebrating our achievements individually and collectively as one cohesive unit.

This race, however, is not the end but rather the beginning of an even greater race that we will continue to run with hope and faith in our hearts and minds, for we are never alone! 🏃‍♀️

Yesterday, the PNU Varsity Club came together in unity and pride for the General Assembly, guided by the empowering theme: “𝘙𝘪𝘴𝘦 𝘢𝘴 𝘖𝘯𝘦: 𝘌𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘊𝘩𝘢𝘮𝘱𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴, 𝘉𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘓𝘦𝘨𝘢𝘤𝘺.” 💪

This event served as a meaningful way to welcome our athletes, hold the oath-taking of our team captains, and unite everyone under a shared vision for PNU’s sports excellence.

The PNU Athletics Team is deeply grateful for this opportunity to be introduced and recognized. We truly appreciate the insights shared by our guest speakers and our senior athletes, guiding us to become not only better athletes, but better individuals.

We extend our gratitude to Varsity Club Adviser and CSCAD Director Sir 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨 𝐑. 𝐑𝐢𝐨𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐨, who inspired us with his enriching experiences in sports tourism and reminded us of the bigger world of opportunities ahead of every athlete.

A wholehearted thank you as well to our guest speaker, Coach 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐰 𝐏. 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐧, PNU Dancesport Coach, who gave a powerful meaning to the word ATLETA: 𝗔𝘁titude, 𝗟ove, 𝗘mbrace and 𝗧hink 𝗔head.

He encouraged everyone with a message that resonated deeply, “Start speaking and acting as the person you want to become. The lessons you gain from training, from your coaches, and from your teammates are stepping stones to your success.” His words serve as a reminder that every challenge we face today builds the legacy we will carry tomorrow.

As one family of student-athletes, we continue to rise, represent, and build a history worth remembering. ✨️
