Day one focuses on Retro Groove fitness®’ roots and humble beginnings. Learn the basic steps and techniques that make a Retro Groove fitness® class distinctively different from other Dance fitness programs.

Day two will provide you with the basics of Exercise Science; covering basic anatomy to learning how to create an effective fitness class from proper warm-up to cooldown. You will also learn the fundamentals of teaching a group fitness class from programming to professionally leading your classes.
