Another LEED renewal cycle completed.

14 years since earning my LEED AP ID+C—and still learning through every project and every class.

Funny to remember that I was a LEED Green Associate for only about two hours before taking and passing the LEED AP specialty exam on the same day.

Since then, the journey has continued through practice, teaching, another LEED AP specialty, and eventually becoming a LEED Fellow.

Three badges today, but really one continuing journey in green building. Renewed through 2028.

A UNESCO Biosphere Reserve inscription is a prestigious international designation given to areas that demonstrate a balanced, sustainable relationship between human communities and nature. Managed under UNESCO's Man and the Biosphere (MAB) Programme, these sites act as global "living laboratories" to test and demonstrate innovative approaches to sustainable development

Congratulations to Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro, on this important recognition.

Our UPOU DSUS group had the privilege of conducting field research in Sablayan last year, where we gained a deeper appreciation of its environmental significance and resilience challenges.

It is encouraging to see this globally important landscape receive the recognition it deserves.
