🇵🇭 PHI National Team for Pairs Figure Skating 🇵🇭Instagram @isabellaandalexander Isabella Gamez and Alexander Korovin are making history.
Isabella & Alexander teamed up in January 2021. They competed in their first international season together in 2022 - 2023. In their debut season, they secured the first-ever pairs medal for the Philippines at an International Skating Union competition (silver in France). They also achieved a groundbreaking feat as the first Southeast Asian and Philippines pair to compete and qualify for the final

February is an exciting month for us! Kicking off the first of the month today, Happy Birthday to ! The birthday fun continues with Alexander’s in a couple weeks. 🎉
Our big birthday plans involve practicing and gearing up for Asian Winter Games to start in just a few days. ⛸️❄️ We are so honored to be the first Philippines pair team at Asian Winter Games, and the only Southeast Asian pair in the quadrennial competition. Here’s to more “firsts” for ! LABAN PILIPINAS! 🇵🇭

Happy Day! Today we celebrate the continued growth of ice skating in the Philippines and beyond. Ice skating is more than just a sport, it’s our life. We are thankful for the opportunity to pursue our passion every day raising the flag high for the Philippines. It’s an honor to share our dedication to figure skating and country with others.

IT’S HAPPENING! We are going to the Grand Prix of Figure Skating, the final event of Cup of China. We are so honored and proud to be the first Southeast Asian (and Philippines) pair at the Grand Prix of Figure Skating… a huge step forward for winter sports in the Philippines.
This ends an 8 year drought for the Philippines at the Grand Prix of Figure Skating. Isabella will be the first Filipina woman ever at , together as a pair with Alexander for the Philippines. Para sa bayan!

Success doesn’t come overnight. We’ve brought back our Free Skate program again this season, “Somewhere in Time” by Dino, choreographed by Marina Zueva and Ilya Tkachenko . Looking forward to competing in a couple weeks with our new Short Program and this beautiful program again.
