The National Collegiate Basketball League is a fast-rising contingent of colleges and universities from the Philippines intent on rejuvenating the sport with a refined playing culture. In partnership with international sports organization Athletes in Action, the NCBL aims to develop a stronger sense of sportsmanship in players and team managers to create healthier bonds and stronger team spirit.

The season ends with CEU #17 Batino as FREEGO Player of the Finals game, with 21 PTS, 5 REBs and 1 AST.
Congratulations to the valiant CEU Scorpions, the NCBL Season 4 CHAMPIONS! The league leaders finished strong with a 75-65 victory over their equally-skilled competition, the TIP Engineers.

Game 1 ended with a victorious spree for second-placer TIP third-placer Olivarez, finishing strong with a 15-point advantage by the end of the 4th quarter, to a score of 61-46. FREEGO names TIP #5 Namocatcat as Player of the Game.
Game 2 proved to be an even more heated battle as league leader CEU pounded hard on fourth-placer PCU's defense, ending the match and Semis with an overwhelming 70-55 score. Once again FREEGO names CEU #8 Ebondo as Player of the Game.
