Athletics in the 18th Gymnasiade
October 16 - 23, 2021 Jinjiang City
Each School Sport Entity may enter a maximum number of 76 persons: 34 girls, 34 boys and 8 coaches.
No referees needed.
Divided as follows:
• BOYS: 34 athletes, 4 coaches
• GIRLS: 34 athletes, 4 coaches
Minimum composition of delegation:
• from 1 to 9 athletes = 1 coach
• from 10 to 18 athletes = 2 coaches
• from 19 to 27 athletes = 3 coaches
• from 28 to 36 athletes = 4 coaches
• from 37 to 45 athletes = 5 coaches
• from 46 to 54 athletes = 6 coaches
• from 55 to 64 athletes = 7 coaches
• from 65 to 68 athletes = 8 coaches
NOTE:
• Each School Sport Entity may enter 2 competitors in each event and 1 team in each relay;
• Each athlete may enter 2 events plus 1 relay, or 1 event plus 2 relays, except when he/she is registered in a track
event over 400 m. In that case only 1 track event may be entered + 1 relay.

Dear members and followers of PISSA.. I would like to inform you that the scheduled 18th ISF (School Summer Games) - Jin Jiang 2020 on 17 to 24th October 2020 will be RE-SCHEDULE on 16 to 23rd October 2021. Please be guided accordingly. Thank you for following us.

Guidelines in Jin Jiang Gymnasiade 2021
PISSA will shoulder the preparation as follows:
1. The parade uniforms;
2. Technical fee charges during the events;
3. Accommodation and local transportation in Jinjiang;
4. Qualifying tournament if necessary;
5. Board officers expenses; and
6. Contingencies for operations and miscellaneous incidents.
Athletes and Coaches obligations and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Shoulder their arfare ticket from (Manila - Xiamen - Manila) flight; The departure date of flight is October 16, 2021; The return flight is October 23, 2021 (PISSA will advice what airlines to take and flight number);
2. An Entry visa fee to China estimate cost around ₱2,400;
3. Payment of one-time membership fee to ISF amount is €100 (Euro currency of One Hundred); The deadline to confirm its participation is on February 28, 2021, with no extension, by showing its airline ticket and subsequently the payment of €100, the official receipt is requested and will be issued by the FESSAP.
4. Philippines’ Travel tax of ₱1,620 will be paid by the athletes and coaches if the Philippine Sports Commission will not provide us the waiver of the said payment.
5. Competition Uniforms will be paid by the athletes and its officials (coaches) but will be prepared by PISSA, this is to make sure all rules based on their respective sports requirements are followed according to the standard uniform regulations;
6. The cost of applying and getting DSWD permit for the athletes
7. The medical insurance to cover the activities from October 16 to October 23, 2021, one week duration.
8. The cost of Acquiring or Renewal of Philippine Passport.
9. The cost of going to the Manila airport upon departure and going home upon arrival at Manila airport
Note: the school of the athletes should be a member of PISSA. Membership fee (one time only) is P3,000.

The Gymnasiade 2020 competition, held every two years, will have 18 disciplines. These are Athletics, Archery, Badminton, Basketball, Chess, Diving, Fencing, Football, Aerobic Gymnastics, Artistic Gymnastics, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Judo, Swimming, Table Tennis, Taekwondo, Wrestliing, Wushu, and Jump Rope.

PISSA intends to participate in 12 to 14 disciplines.
