ADVISORY - August 28, 2026

Following the announcement of the Muntinlupa City Government, face-to-face classes at all levels are suspended tomorrow, August 28, 2026, due to the expected rainfall brought by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and the prevailing Yellow Rainfall Warning in Muntinlupa.

Students, faculty, and personnel are advised to remain vigilant and monitor official school announcements and the latest weather updates from PAGASA and the Muntinlupa City Government.

Today, on Ninoy Aquino Day, we remember Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino Jr., San Beda High School Class of 1948, and his place in Philippine history.

More than four decades after his passing, these words remain meaningful—reminding us that honor and conscience are reflected in the choices we make and the lives we lead.

As San Beda celebrates 125 years of Benedictine education, we remember a fellow Bedan whose life became part of our nation’s story.

In view of the continuing effects of the Southwest Monsoon rains, and following the announcement of Muntinlupa City Mayor Ruffy Biazon, classes tomorrow, August 11, will be conducted through the following modalities:

• Tertiary and Graduate Education: Online classes
• Basic Education: Asynchronous learning

Students are advised to coordinate with their respective school heads and advisers for further instructions and updates.

Due to the ongoing effects of the Southwest monsoon rains and as announced by Muntinlupa City Mayor Ruffy Biazon, classes in the 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 will shift to online classes, while the 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 will implement asynchronous learning.

Students are advised to coordinate with their respective school heads and advisers for further instructions.

Due to the Heavy Rainfall Warning issued by PAGASA in connection with Tropical Storm "MAYMAY," and pursuant to the declaration of Muntinlupa City Mayor Ruffy Biazon, classes in ALL LEVELS are hereby SUSPENDED.

It's a wrap for our three day Cheer Camp with the San Beda Red Army and SBCA Varsity Cheer Junior and Senior Teams.
