Last Night’s Wednesday Session! 💪🏻🥋💚

The team focused on refining the fundamentals, including break falls and technical stand-ups. We also worked on maintaining top guard control and securing submissions. A highlight of the class, thanks to Coach David, was learning the Americana. 🙏🏻

Presenting to you, the historic Pioneer session of Jiu-Jitsu Benilde-the very first session of its kind. 💚 This marks a monumental moment as we launch our Jiu-Jitsu organization, and we're thrilled to welcome our first batch.

Huge thanks to Coach David who has introduced to the team the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu, focusing on essential techniques like the Rear Naked Choke, Khabib Choke, and of course, the breakfall. 🥋
