Basketball Camp is a training program provider that offers a unique and extensive training program in basketball for kids/youth ages 5 to 17 years old in an exciting and enjoyable environment. Basketball Camp is a youth basketball initiative designed to develop fundamental skills, sportsmanship, and a love for the game. Founded by a group of coaches who are licensed and certified under the SBP S(S
amahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas) Program, USA Youth Basketball, and IBU or International Basketball University - Lithuanian Youth Basketball Program. The program has also athletic conditioning programs designed by an International Youth Fitness Specialist and an Australian Strength and Conditioning Coach Level 1. Basketball Training Camp has a comprehensive training program through our level-appropriate system of basketball development. We follow the scientific guiding principles developed under the LTAD program. LLH has designed a practical, functional, and sequential development model to properly impart the game to a player. The LLH program consists of four levels of development:
Level 1: INTRODUCTORY LEVEL (Active Start)
(applicable to 5 to 8 years old only)
Level 2: FOUNDATIONAL LEVEL (ages 9 to 12 yrs. old)
Level 3: ADVANCED LEVEL (12 to 17 yrs. old)
Level 4: PERFORMANCE LEVEL (12 to 17 yrs. old)
Each level takes the player through progressive development techniques based on their mastery of basketball and movement skills as opposed to their age, grade in school, or physical attributes. This mastery of skills approach allows the player to develop physical literacy, learn basketball vocabulary and acquire the movement confidence needed to optimize their basketball potential. Our program is distinctive from other basketball schools and camps because the first focus is to develop each student to become an athletic and competitive mover with our tagline, “We build an athlete first and a sports player second.”
Camp Objective is to provide the youth the chance to develop basic movement skills and basketball skills in an exciting and enjoyable atmosphere. To allow participants to maximize their potential, use basketball as a vehicle to develop self-esteem, leadership, and other life skills. CORE VALUES:

Emphasis will be placed on individual and team drills which stress physical and mental improvement, fundamentals, motivation, discipline, leadership, and teamwork. CAMP BENEFITS:
*Small-Group Training (limited to 18-20 pax only per venue) FOR ALERT LEVEL 2
*We can accept up to 30 to 35 campers per venue - FOR ALERT LEVEL 1 or 0
*Open to boys & girls ages 6 to 17 yrs old of all skill levels
DIVISION:
MINI-BALL - 5 to 8 yrs old
YOUNGSTERS - 9 to 12 yrs old
ALL-STARS - 13 to 17 yrs old
*Coaches are Fully-vax with booster
*Experience Coaches and are certified by International Basketball University, SBP, and / Are PE teachers / Sports Science Coaches.
*Well-designed Individual and Team Drills – FUN and Exciting Basketball Program & Fitness Activities for kids
*With Youth Fitness Specialist for Athletic Performance program designed for Kids and Youth to improve the ABC's Agility, Balance, Coordination + Speed/Quickness, Strength and Endurance.
