The Iron Queens: Womenβs Fitness Challenge is a special event designed to empower women to test their limits, build confidence, and embrace a stronger and healthier lifestyle.
Participants will take part in exciting fitness challenges that highlight strength, endurance, determination, and teamwork. Whether you're a beginner or already active, this event is about pushing your limits, supporting one another, and celebrating what women can achieve.
