A distinguished leader in Philippine customs administration, 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗹 𝗙. 𝗡𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗼 brings to our General Assembly his leadership, experience, and perspective in a profession that plays an essential role in the country’s trade and border administration.

His presence is especially meaningful to our students who are preparing to become customs brokers. This occasion gives us the privilege of hearing directly from a leader whose work and responsibilities are closely connected to the profession we aspire to pursue.

Beyond the knowledge that will be shared, his presence gives our students an opportunity to gain a deeper appreciation of the responsibilities, standards, and realities that come with the practice of customs administration.
