From the consecutive forecasts of southwest monsoon and the entering of 𝗧𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗣𝗲𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘂 in the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), torrential rains and floods are all over the entirety of Luzon and the western region of Visayas.
