Huge congratulations to our very own, Keannefred Cristiane Versales, for receiving the official invitation from the Philippine Football Federation (PFF) to join the Philippines U15 Boys Football National Youth Training Pool!

Keannefred will be participating in preparatory training for the upcoming FIFA U15 World Cup & Festival 2026 in Azerbaijan.

Foot Placement: Setting your plant foot properly to control balance and trajectory.

Point of Contact: Striking the lower third with the inside arch to generate optimal whip and spin.

Body Shape & Follow-Through: Wrapping across the ball while maintaining body angle toward your target.

4 ways to protect your young athlete after the final whistle:

✅Hydrate with intention: Swap sugary drinks for water and real electrolytes to protect growing joints and muscles.

✅Warm, nourishing meal within 45 minutes: Proper fuel doesn’t just restore energy; it repairs muscle tissue so they don't wake up sore and sluggish.

✅A gentle 5-minute cool-down walk together: Resist letting them slump straight into the car seat; light movement flushes out lactic buildup.

✅Unplugged, deep sleep (9+ hours): Physical and emotional repair happens at night. Protect their rest just like you protect their game time.
