What: Occupational First Aid and BLS - CPR with AED Training by the Philippine National Red Cross (PNRC)

When : June 20 & June 21 (Whole days of Saturday & Sunday) 9am-5pm

Where : Cuts, Curves & Movement Studio (Balagtas, Bulacan Branch-In front of Balagtas Market)

Who : Pilates Coaches under Coach Maffie's Cuts, Curves and Movement Studio

We would like to inform everyone that coaches from other groups who are interested in taking the Occupational First Aid and BLS-CPR with AED Training by the Philippine National Red Cross are also welcome to join.

To avoid overlapping schedules, please book your training session in advance and wait for confirmation of your available slot before coming to the studio.
βœ… Once your schedule is confirmed, please arrive on time. This helps us maintain a smooth flow of sessions, as another client may be scheduled immediately after your time slot.
⏰ We only allow WHOLE HOUR bookings: β€’ 8:00 AM
β€’ 9:00 AM
β€’ 10:00 AM
and so on.
❌ No half-hour schedules allowed: β€’ 8:30 AM
β€’ 9:30 AM
β€’ etc.
Example: If you wish to book 8:30 AM, the schedule must instead be adjusted to 8:00 AM or moved to the next available slot.
Please arrive on time to avoid overlapping of schedules.
