Out of 37 competing barangays in the SK Cup 2026, the Barangay Rizal Basketball Team proudly finished among the Top 6, proving that hard work, determination, and unity can take a team farther than anyone imagined.

This campaign wasn't just about wins and losses—it was about bringing pride back to Barangay Rizal. For the first time in history, Barangay Rizal reached the Quarterfinals of the SK Cup, marking a milestone that will forever be remembered. This achievement stands as proof that every sacrifice, every practice, every challenge, and every moment of believing in one another was worth it.

To our players, thank you for wearing the Barangay Rizal jersey with pride. You gave everything on the court, fought until the final buzzer, and represented our community with heart, discipline, and courage. Your journey has inspired not only basketball fans but every Rizaleño who stood behind you.

A heartfelt appreciation to Head Coach Christopher Lopez for your leadership, dedication, and unwavering belief in this team. Your guidance shaped this group into fearless competitors.

• By team: 10 members (Inter-purok including Iglesia and Winfair)
• Age range: No age limit
