Linggo ng Kabataan 2026: Color Fun Run
A day to step away from regular training and be part of something happening in our community.
We joined the Linggo ng Kabataan 2026 Color Fun Run to show our support for the youth and to give back through our participation in community activities.
We always encourage our athletes to understand that being an athlete also means being part of something bigger than yourself-Supporting others, staying active, and giving back to the community.
Thank for having us!

To parents and junior LTRS participants:
While there is no universally adopted international rollerski skill-level system like ski instructor certifications, many national federations and clubs use progressive ability levels. We at the Morong Nordic RollerSki Sports Club and our Learn to Rollerski Program have developed our own Rollerski Skills Progression, which we believe will be useful for athlete development, coach education, insurance, and event participation. In the coming days, we will provide information for each progression level.
To start, here is the information on Level 1 - Beginners:
Level 1 – Beginner
Objectives
● Understand equipment
● Develop balance
● Learn safety
Must demonstrate:
● Proper helmet, gloves, eye protection
● Correct poles and roller skis
● Equipment inspection
● Standing balance
● One-foot balance (10 seconds each leg)
● Walking on roller skis
● Basic stride ● Controlled glide
● Fall safely
● Get up independently
● Emergency grass exit
Maximum terrain
● Flat bike path
● Closed parking lot
Cannot proceed until the roller skier can stop safely.
Successful students will receive the Level 1 certificate and be promoted to Level 2 - Novice.
