1. TORSO SITTING PRESS
❌- significant elevation of shoulder, shoulder and scapula stabilization little to none
✅ - scapula and shoulder stabilization noticeable, neck in neutral
2. SIDE BEND KNEELING
❌ dip laced pelvic alignment, hip jutting outward, flexion coming from hips Ribcage placement - none, misalignment of last rib over front of hip
✅ Hips extended and ribcage over hip spine, obliques engaged
3. CAT STANDING
❌ arched back, exaggerated pelvix tilt anteriorly, cervical spine ( neck )
✅ pelvis in neutral, cervical spine folows line of upper back
