Chuando, who once worked as a model and pop singer, is now an accomplished photographer. When his photos began circulating online, disbelief followed. There were no filters or digital enhancements, just a face that seemed untouched by time, leaving many shocked that he was older than most of their parents.

He insists there is no secret trick behind his look. Instead, he points to a disciplined routine that includes clean, protein focused meals, regular strength training, proper sleep, simple skincare, no smoking, and very limited alcohol intake.
