TESTIMONIAL MONDAYS
Village Fitness has provided me a great way to bulk up and build my body over the course of the pandemic. Starting as a scrawny, hunched kid, I have come a long way in a year, and Coach Ryan has helped me in many ways.
I have grown my upper body muscles by several inches and I have gained 20+ pounds over a year. As a footballer, I am able to play a more physical game all thanks to the efforts of Village Fitness and Coach Ryan’s programs for me.

Oftentimes people see recovery as an activity you do after workout, but it’s just as important to view recovery as a way to get back to your 100% shape when you move again.
Recovery tips include eating the right foods, stretching tight muscles, and of course getting enough sleep.

A healthy amount of movement every day can ensure your blood is flowing, your muscles stay in shape, and you combat stress that comes with your day.
Instead of seeing it as a hard workout, see it as a way for your body to get moving.
There are many different movements that you can do per day, and it’s up to you on what movement works best for you and your schedule.
3 common movement examples are a form of strength training, cardio training, or flexibility training.
