I really hope we don't need another pandemic to make people realize that "health is wealth". Investing in your health for long term benefit is clear now more than ever. Gym memberships, home equipment, proper eating habits (balanced diet), drinking water and taking vitiamins and minerals are way better than fighting for you dear life with a tube down your throat.

Let this be a wake up call for all of us.

* We are social beings that are currently caged. Interaction is weaponized and this hurts the very soul of being a human being. Take freedom to move around as a blessing and be productive as much as possible.

*Hopefully 30+ days of being indoors is enough for all of us to observe, assess and make better choices in choosing future leaders.

*Mother Nature reacts to how we treat it. We are all tenants here and she is the landlady.

*A virus knows no government, social standing, political connections, race, gender identification and any other form of social hierarchy. It only cares if you can host it or not.

It is a by-product of our doing. It will either unite us or it will kill us all.

I've been preachy about this before and I'll continue to do it until the day I die.

My advocacy has always been and will always be about helping people live better and healthier lifestyles.
