SEASIDE VILLA is our family's favorite retreat. This is a two floor house with two airconditioned room fit for 5 people. We can accomodate 14 to 20 people.

Payment Terms:
We require cash down payment of Php 2500, three days before your desired arrival at the beach , Another Php 2,000 refundable upon check out if there are no damages incurred.
Rates:
Php 7,000 for 10 people (week days)
Php 8,000 for 10 people (weekends)
additional fee of 150 pesos is required for each person outside of the 10 person occupancy rule. maximum of 13 pax. Children below 6 years of age are free.
