Beginners Program
- Time: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM (Morning Session)
1:30 PM – 3:00 PM (Afternoon Session)

- Days: Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday
Advance Program
- Time: 5:30 AM - 8:30 AM
9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
