Enkantierra Nature Park Enkantierra Nature Park is a personal project of spouses Atty. Rodolfo P. De Guzman and Arch. Angel K. De Guzman, in pursuit of their advocacies, passion for the environment and service to others.

It is fully funded by DEKA Holdings Inc. (DHI) a real estate development company. Together, the group owns and controls more than 20 others companies involved in various business ventures including investment firms, agriventures, hotels, resorts, apartments, markets both local and overseas.

This project, more than anything else, is it the family's way of giving back to the community after more than 70 years of professional practice. Designed to promote Sto.Tomas, Batangas as a primary tourist destination. It can generate the funds needed to protect Mt. Malipunyo and its surroundings while at the same time providing sufficient livelihood to the community.

The project aims to strike a balance between protecting the environment, harvesting its fruits and propagating the appreciation for nature while supporting the community through job generation, technology transfer and evangelization.

Our vision
To establish Enkantierra Nature Park as a model of sustainable ecotourism and community development. We aspire to be recognized as a world-class destination that showcases the unique beaut of the Philippines and preserves its rich cultural heritage. Through our commitment to environmental protection, social responsibility, and economic empowerment, we aim to create a legacy that inspires future generations to live in harmony with nature and appreciate the value of our natural resources.

By collaborating with the local government,embracing public-private partnerships, and adhering to the highest tourism standards, we envision Enkantierra Nature Park as a catalyst for the holistic development of Sto. Tomas City, attracting both local and international visitors who seek authentic experiences, cultural immersion, and a deep connection with nature.



Our Mission

Malipunyo and promote ecological preservation. By providing employment, supporting local businesses, and nurturing cultural heritage, we endeavor to uplift the livelihoods and well-being of the community. Our goal is to inspire visitors to connect with nature, cultivate environmental stewardship, and contribute to the long-term sustainability of Sto. Tomas City.
