Good luck, Blue Rays Swim Team! 🌊✨

As you compete in the National Capital Region Palaro this March 3–6, 2026 at the Rizal Memorial Sports Complex, may you swim with confidence, courage, and heart.

You have trained hard, sacrificed much, and earned your place on this stage. Every stroke you take reflects your discipline, teamwork, and passion for the sport. Win or learn, medals or personal bests—what matters most is that you give your all and enjoy the moment.

Carry the Blue Rays pride with you in every race. Believe in your training, trust yourself, and remember that you already make your coaches, families, and teammates proud.

Swim strong. Swim smart. Swim with heart.
Good luck, BRST! 🌊💪💙
