Hello everyone. Apologies as I have not opened the Grail Performance Lab after our test run.
We are currently undergoing our final renovations. Waterproofing… final equipment check, re-did the bathroom, business permits, etc.
I don’t use FB or check this as often yet but our target is opening date is sometime in October after ghost month. I will update everything (rates, times, etc) before we open as I am currently building a team and finalizing our business model.
For now feel free to check us out at CrossFit Grail • Grail Fitness Collective, also a Hyrox Training Club, in BLOC 10 in Alabang to meet the team and our staff!
Can’t wait to meet you all soon!
Aloha,🤙
