How To Lose Weight Without Diet Or Cardio
Coach Ricky has won Powerlifting titles in 4 weight classes – 83kg, 93kg, 103kg, and 120kg. He has competed as light as 172 pounds and as heavy as 238 pounds – in 2017.
Today, Coach Ricky weighs 198 pounds – a loss of 40 pounds in 2 years!
Here’s the thing…
He lost the bulk of the weight – 23 pounds – in the last 2 months!
This means he could have LOST MORE WEIGHT if he wanted to.
NO CARDIO – Coach hates cardio: “Treadmill is a waste of time.”
NO DIET – Anyone who follows Coach on social media knows HE LOVES TO EAT.
How did Coach lose 40 pounds?
Simple.
He added 1 MORE DAY in the week for STRENGTH-TRAINING. Usually, the DEADLIFT plus a variation of the Bench Press on a Tuesday or a Saturday.
Nothing beats the classics. Forget the Treadmill. Forget Zumba. All you need to lose weight are barbells and dumbbells.
