Here is your PH Open team for the 2019 World Classic PL Championships that is currently on-going in Sweden. Leslie Evangelista (47kg class) & Joyce Reboton (84kg class) will be competing on June 11 and June 14 respectively. The team is fully supported by the Philippine Sports Commission.

HHG will be closed Saturday, May 18, 2019 for our very own Coach Reynaldo Morales will compete in his first Powerlifting meet! Please try to come out and support, it will be held in Robinsons Malabon and his division starts at 4pm. If you want to hitch a ride with us, the meet up is at HHG early morning. A wide back makes your waist look small. Show me someone with a wide back and does not look good in clothes?

Yes, you can't name anyone!

How To Lose Weight Without Diet Or Cardio

Coach Ricky has won Powerlifting titles in 4 weight classes – 83kg, 93kg, 103kg, and 120kg. He has competed as light as 172 pounds and as heavy as 238 pounds – in 2017.

Today, Coach Ricky weighs 198 pounds – a loss of 40 pounds in 2 years!

Here’s the thing…

He lost the bulk of the weight – 23 pounds – in the last 2 months!

This means he could have LOST MORE WEIGHT if he wanted to.

NO CARDIO – Coach hates cardio: “Treadmill is a waste of time.”

NO DIET – Anyone who follows Coach on social media knows HE LOVES TO EAT.

How did Coach lose 40 pounds?

Simple.

He added 1 MORE DAY in the week for STRENGTH-TRAINING. Usually, the DEADLIFT plus a variation of the Bench Press on a Tuesday or a Saturday.

Nothing beats the classics. Forget the Treadmill. Forget Zumba. All you need to lose weight are barbells and dumbbells.

So you can Deadlift 400 pounds? But can you pull up your body weight?

There's a reason why the US Military includes pull-ups or chins as part of its fitness regimen

They work!

Chins are great for building pulling power, agility, mobility, and flexibility. You can develop cobra lats simply by adding chins to your back workout.

Chins are not the same as Lat Pulldowns. With chins, you need more balance and stability. Plus you are fighting against the pull of gravity.

Once you've built enough chinning power, you can add weight via a dipping belt like Coach David Suarez.

If you've always wanted to do bodyweight work but can't, head off to HHG. Coach David will help you turn what you thought was impossible as part of your normal routine.
