Sharing this 8-month-work-in-progress with

She started without any lifting experience and limited body awareness. Yup, we started from absolute scratch.

5kg drop in bodyweight might not be that big in paper (relatively) but it made a dramatic difference in performance, appearance and body measurements.

Patience, consistency and having the conscious decision to change bad habits can really go a long way.

Lets all try to finish 2021 strong to setup a great training year next year 👊

1minute Hand to hand Clean&Jerks
(14kg in the vid)
30sec break

*switch to hand to hand clean and push press if you can't do jerks

then repeat for 6-8 rounds.
