WEEKENDS (Friday-Sunday)
Morning rate : 7AM-6PM P5,500
Overnight : 7PM-6AM P6,000
Additional 50 pesos (AM) 80 pesos(PM) per head in excess of 25 pax or in excess of the agreed quantity of guest.
(expect higher rates on holidays)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
✔First come First serve basis
✔NO Down Payment means No Reservation
Non refundable, Non appearance on schedule will be forfeited
✔RE-BOOKING is applicable as long as the customer will notify the resort administrator at least 7 days prior to the initial reservation date.
✔Remaining Balance must be paid upon arrival.
✔We’ll be asking a deposit of 1000 pesos which will be returned if there will be no damages on our facilities after the rental.
✔Please provide 1 valid ID
HOUSE RULES
✔Lower the volume of karaoke and other form of sounds from 10:00 pm till 6:00 AM due to Municipality Ordinance
✔FOOD & DRINKS are not allowed in the swimming pool area.
✔NO DIVING / NO JUMPING
✔PETS not allowed
✔STRICTLY NO Smoking inside the bedroom,toilet,pool area and near the PLANTS.
✔TOILET & BATH. Give respect to the next user and keep it clean and dry after use. Dispose your trash to the bin.
✔Stickers, Posters Tarpaulin using scotch tapes, glue, plasters and other party materials that may damage the paint of the facilities is also prohibited.
✔Illegal drugs and deadly weapons are strictly prohibited
✔Any misuse resulting to damages and loss from our facilities and equipment that may occur during the rental period will be charged to the customer. (see wall near karaoke for the charges)
