SUCCESS.. Lahat gusto ito!
Ang daming definition ng mundo tungkol dito.
Kapag marami kang pera — successful ka.
Kapag mataas ang position mo — successful ka.
Kapag marami kang followers — successful ka.
Kapag sikat ka — successful ka.
Pero eto yung tanong…
Kung yumaman ka dahil sa corruption at nandaya ka…
Kung tumaas position mo dahil tinapakan mo ang ibang tao…
Kung dumami followers mo dahil fake yung buhay na pinapakita mo…
Kung nagkaroon ka ng influence gamit ang manipulation at kasinungalingan…
Success pa rin ba ‘yon?
Or baka achievement lang siya… pero hindi tunay na success.
Because real success is not only about what you gain.
It’s also about what you didn’t have to destroy just to get there.
Madaling yumaman.
Madaling sumikat.
Madaling makakuha ng attention.
Pero mahirap matulog nang payapa kapag alam mong may niloko kang tao para makarating ka sa taas.
Kaya minsan, hindi lahat ng nasa taas dapat ini-idolize.
Dahil may mga taong successful tingnan… pero wasak naman ang prinsipyo, integridad, at pagkatao.
Ang tunay na success hindi lang nasusukat sa pera, status, position, o followers.
Nasusukat din siya sa:
kung paano mo nakuha,
sino ka habang inaabot mo,
at kung may respeto ka pa rin sa sarili mo pagdating mo doon.
Because at the end of the day…
Real success is having peace of mind.
Yung tahimik ang konsensya mo.
Yung hindi ka natatakot na mabunyag ang katotohanan.
Yung kaya mong matulog nang payapa kahit walang validation ng ibang tao.
Because money can buy comfort.
Followers can buy attention.
Position can buy power.
But peace of mind?
Hindi ‘yan mabibili ng kasinungalingan.
