The 's session was dedicated to wrestling drills for our teen competition contingent, focusing on entries, to takedowns connected with immediate positioning, and counters to takedowns - all performed in timed repetitions against reactionary resistance, to develop not only muscle memory, but more importantly, instinctive and intuitive action.
