This is the official page of the SMA- P Aiki Club. SMA-P Aikido Club is one of many organizations/club in St. Mary's Academy-Pasay City.

Aikido is a modern Japanese martial art developed by Morihei Ueshiba incorporating joint-lock and throwing techniques applied in self-defense with the intent of not injuring or causing only minimal damage to the attacker. SMA Aiki Club aims to train students from all year levels in a non-aggressive self-defense system. It emphasizes the importance of achieving complete mental calmness and control of one's own body.
