Coach Chris was a college standout at Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, NJ; where he was the first ever athlete to have his jersey #30 retired. making every M.O.B Elite athlete or non-athlete overcome all mental and physical barriers that will deter their progression towards earning elite skill and fitness status. M.O.B Elite Training enhances performance through pro-level sport specific skill enhancing training drills, strength and power development exercises, athletic reaction drills, balance and core development, and scientific based conditioning drills aimed at maximizing fitness levels of each individual athlete and client.
