From ankle sprain to game-ready in just a few days. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ€

Before their Monday league game in Lambak, my client suffered an ankle sprain during a hard drive to the basket. The next day, the ankle was swollen and painful โ€” but instead of forcing rest alone, we focused on proper rehab, dynamic mobilization drills, and controlled movement recovery.

Our goal was simple:
โœ… Reduce pain and swelling
โœ… Restore mobility and stability
โœ… Regain confidence before game day

Leading up to Thursdayโ€™s game, we carefully tested the ankle through rehab exercises and basketball-specific movement drills. Even 1 hour before tip-off, we were still doing activation and mobility work to make sure the ankle could handle game intensity safely.
