🥈 SILVER MEDALIST — ANTIPOLO CITY MEET! 🥋

Congratulations to Ms. Azil for bringing home the Silver Medal in the Under 46kg Taekwondo Division at the Antipolo City Meet! 🏆

This achievement is a reflection of her discipline, hard work, consistency, and preparation both inside and outside the gym.

As part of her preparation, we focused on developing her lower-body strength, stability, core control, balance, and overall athletic performance to help her become stronger and more confident on the mat.

🥈 Silver today. Stronger tomorrow.

Proud of you, Azil! Keep training, keep learning, and keep chasing your next goal! 🔥

We train with purpose, execute with discipline, and compete as one team. Tomorrow, it’s time to put in the work and trust the preparation.

GAME PREP | PUROK SAIS 🏀

Preparation is more than just shooting—it’s about preparing the body and the mind to perform under pressure.

Today’s session focused on:
• Dynamic Mobility & Activation – movement quality and readiness
• Plyometrics – explosiveness and reactive power
• Agility Training – change of direction and movement efficiency
• Shooting Drills by Spot – consistency and shot preparation
• Decision-Making Drills – reading the game and making better choices under pressure
• Transition Drills – speed, spacing, communication, and game-specific conditioning

Every drill had a purpose: move better, react faster, make better decisions, and perform when it matters.

Good luck to Purok Sais on tomorrow’s game! 🏀🔥
Trust the preparation. Execute the plan. Compete until the final buzzer.

FIGHT CAMP RECOVERY | WILDCAT FIGHT NIGHT 2

Recovery is an essential part of fight preparation—not just training harder, but making sure the body is ready to perform when it matters most.

For this fight camp, we focused on Myofascial Release + Myostretching to help address muscular tightness, improve tissue mobility, restore range of motion, and support better movement quality.

🎯 Recovery Focus: • Myofascial release for areas of muscular restriction
• Myostretching to improve mobility and flexibility
• Restore movement quality and joint range of motion
• Reduce accumulated muscular tension from training
• Prepare the athlete for the demands of fight week

The goal is simple: move better, recover better, perform better.

All part of the preparation leading into Wildcat Fight Night 2 — Boxing & Muay Thai. 🥊🔥

Congratulations Leo Cruz for winning the Under 70kg Category at Nemesis Clash 2026 – Strongman Qualifier for Nationals! 🥇💪

Behind this victory was not only strength training, but also proper movement preparation and recovery work.
For Leo’s competition prep, we focused on Bodywork & Myostretching to help address stiffness, improve his movement quality, and allow him to move more freely and efficiently during training and competition.

The goal was simple:
move better, perform better, compete stronger. ⚡

All the hard work, preparation, and dedication came together on competition day—and the result speaks for itself

🏅 42.195 KM. 5 HOURS & 27 MINUTES. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! 🏃‍♂️🔥

Two months of focused Strength & Conditioning preparation—and it all paid off at the Bohol International Marathon.
From building lower-body strength, core stability, running efficiency, muscular endurance, and fatigue resistance, our goal was simple: prepare the body to handle the demands of 42.195 KM.
And on race day, he delivered. 💪

The result? 42.195 KM completed in 5:27:00! 🏅
What made me proud as a coach was seeing how the preparation translated into the competition.

With the right S&C approach, the distance felt more manageable, allowing him to focus on pacing, endurance, and finishing strong.
The medal represents the finish line.
The real victory was the preparation behind it.
Congratulations, bro! 👏🔥

42.195 KM — DONE!
