A few years ago, I depended on editing apps. I’d tweak my face, slim my body, fix whatever I thought looked “weird,” “different,” or “unattractive.” But even after all that, I’d still be drowning in insecurities and comparing myself to others. “Bakit siya hugis bigas, payat? GIRL, STOP ✋ I won't accommodate those thoughts anymore, nor will I tolerate my friends thinking that way about themselves 😌 YOU ARE God's image-bearer!!! 💯 PWEDE BA 🫵 When I found my true identity in Christ and stopped chasing validation from the world, when I quit trying to fit into what people deem “beautiful,” I finally accepted who I am—and how wonderfully I was made. WON•DER•FUL ibig sabihin inexplicable beauty! 🥹 uniquely designed and intricately crafted, exceeding human comprehension in its complexity ganon! IN10S 🥹 nakakakilig 🥰🤭 Whenever you catch yourself speaking unkindly to yourself or comparing yourself to others, hold that thought captive !!! and say this instead — Charm is deceptive and beauty is fleeting, but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.
