This is my grandson Sylar again doing the backstroke. Continuos training embeds correct strokes into muscle memory. Once there, it will stay there forever.

This is my 12 year old grandson, Satriani (Sylar) doing some laps in Barcelona. He learned how to swim at the age of 3. Became part of ADMU Elementary swimming team before his interest shifted to soccer. He is now in Barcelona playing for CE Europa 12 and under. Take note that swimming skills, once acquired, will always be there.
