It is with great pride and gratitude that I finally confirm that our boys will be joining La Salle Zobel as they begin an exciting new chapter in their basketball and academic journey.

We are truly thankful to La Salle Zobel for opening its doors and providing them with the opportunity to grow not only as athletes, but also as students and young men of character. Your trust and belief in their potential mean so much to all of us.

We do not take this opportunity lightly. Our boys are committed to working hard, staying humble, and representing the Lasallian community with pride, discipline, and integrity both on and off the court.

A special thank you to Coach Gian Nazario for believing in them and for playing a significant role in helping shape their future. We are honored to entrust our boys to your program.

We all knew him as one of the brightest stars of Palarong Pambansa, a remarkable athlete, an MVP, and a player who inspired many through his passion, dedication, and love for the game.

Rene Clert Baterbonia wasn't just known for his talent on the court. He was admired for his heart, his determination, and the way he carried himself every time he stepped onto the hardwood. Every move, every basket, every victory became part of a story that many basketball fans will never forget.

Today, it is difficult to accept the heartbreaking news of his passing. A player who once energized arenas and gave unforgettable moments to thousands of spectators is now remembered through the memories he left behind.

The court will never feel quite the same without him. The cheers, the highlights, and the moments that made us stand in awe are now treasured memories that will live on forever.

Though his journey ended far too soon, his legacy will continue to inspire future generations of athletes who dream of following the path he once walked.

Rest easy, Rene Clert Baterbonia. Your game may have ended, but your impact will never fade. You will always be remembered as one of Palarong Pambansa's finest.
