British Council wants to inform everyone that effective 01 September 2015, the regular IELTS test fee will be Php9,400. And From 01 September until 31 December 2015, candidates who will register four weeks in advance of their test date will be entitled to over Php3,000 worth of freebies and discounts that will give them exclusive access to a wide range of learning resources to effectively prepare for the test.

PROOF of ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY a REQUIREMENT for STUDENT VISA APPLICANTS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2015.

On June 16, 2015, the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) announced changes to the English language proficiency requirement for some international students.
For a successful student visa application, individuals from countries with a student visa approval rate below eighty percent (80%) must now demonstrate that they possess the "required level of English proficiency."
The Philippines is one such country.
All applications which will be accepted by INZ starting 1st of October must have an acceptable English language test result.
