We will highlight the qualities of young athletes who is dedicated to improving their skills, resilient to challenging situations, and who has a positive attitude towards learning and teamwork. Ideally, X-Factor Players aren’t stars but players who, depending on how they perform, could lift their team’s ceiling or lower its floor. We can’t avoid including big names, but the goal is to focus on players whose success in a particular role could push their team to a new level.
